Refund policy

Eligibility

  • You may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt, provided the coffee bag is unused and in its original, sealed packaging.
  • Damaged or defective items: Report issues within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

How to Request

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp/Phone at +20 1012153647.
  2. Please provide the phone number you used to place the order, the reason for your return, and any supporting photos.
  3. Ship the item back in its original packaging using the shipment agent we provide.

Processing & Timeline

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you within 2 business days.
  • Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product), we cover the return shipping.
  • For change-of-mind returns or any other reason not related to product quality, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Non-returnable Items

  • Opened or used coffee bags (to maintain freshness and hygiene).
  • Promotional samples, gift items, and coffee accessories.
Tip: For quickest support, send your refund request before 1:00 PM EET on any business day (Sat–Thu).

  2. قدّم رقم الهاتف الذي استخدمته لعمل الطلب، وسبب الاسترجاع، وأي صور داعمة.
  3. أرسل المنتج في تغليفه الأصلي باستخدام شركة الشحن التي نوفرها لك.

الإجراءات والجدول الزمني

  • بعد استلامنا للمنتج وفحصه، سنوافيك بالقرار خلال 2 يوم عمل.
  • في حال الموافقة، يُعاد المبلغ خلال 5–7 أيام عمل إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية.

تكلفة شحن الإرجاع

  • إذا كان الإرجاع بسبب خطأ من جانبنا (منتج خاطئ أو تالف)، فسنغطي رسوم الشحن.
  • لأي سبب آخر غير متعلق بجودة المنتج (تغيير رأي، طلب غير مناسب، إلخ)، تكون رسوم الشحن على العميل.

غير قابلة للإرجاع

  • أكياس القهوة المفتوحة أو المستخدمة.
  • العينات الترويجية والهدايا.
  • أدوات وإكسسوارات القهوة.
نصيحة: للحصول على أسرع دعم، أرسل طلب الاسترجاع قبل 1:00 ظُهر أي يوم عمل (السبت–الخميس).
